Dset max-size-x/max-size-y/max-size-z to the desired value, those that start with max are a reference to the maximum, here you control which is the largest type of claim a player can create/have.

Set min-size-x/min-size-y/min-size-z to the desired value, those starting with min are a reference to the minimum, here you control which is the smallest type of claim a player can create.
